Very beautiful location and amazing services. The hotel itself is outdated and mattresses need to be updated ASAP
The location and views are amazing. The food services were great. They cooked specifically for my children.
The food was ok. The kids meals seemed more appetizing than the buffet that was provided. The rooms are outdated and the hot water was not very hot. The jacuzzi that we paid extra for never got warm. And the mattress need immediate updating. It bowed in the middle.

Excellent choice of hotel. Staff, particularly pool staff, were super friendly and helpful.
Great lake view from the room (we paid for an upgrade), large comfortable and spacious room. The bed was super sized and very comfortable. Everything worked in the room. We enjoyed our lunches by the pool. Quick service and really tasty local snacks and sauces.
The check in was agonizingly slow. It took ages for photocopies of passports to be made, constant checking and consulting with other check in staff. It took 3 people to check us in. It wasn't until a supervisor (I am assuming she was a supervisor as she seemed to take control) stepped in that things began to move. It took well over half an hour to check in for a one night stay. And the hotel was not busy at all as we stayed mid week. It really doesn't create a good impression for tourists. The staff themselves were polite and nice, but they really need much, much better training.

All the members of the staff were great, but Jorge is outstanding, he was always there for us and made us feel very special. We will definitely come back
